Exchange and Refund Guidelines
Dermeli will accept exchanges for items purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Damaged During Shipping:
- If your item arrives damaged and is unusable, we will offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you must report the damage within 30 days of receiving the item. We rely on the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage claims.
Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Certain items, including intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at shopdermeli@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process based on the guidelines stated here.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for unopened items that were visibly damaged. If your refund request is approved, we will process it and credit your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, please allow some processing time (up to 5 days) between financial institutions. If you still haven’t received your refund after this period, contact us at shopdermeli@outlook.com, and we will investigate the matter further.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you need to exchange it, please follow the instructions above. If eligible for a refund, a digital gift certificate will be issued for the value of your return.
